Order number 51035898. I ordered a pair of Keen Arroyo sandals to be delivered to my address. A few weeks later I received an eMail stating the package is "at the post office". We do not have a post office, in fact very few post offices are functional in South Africa. I cannot get any feedback from Trekk Inn or the partner transport company. Automated responses and re- routing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

04 Sept 2024, 04:17Just to be clear: I paid for delivery to my residential address as I do with Amazon and Takealot. The delivery company is Spring GDS and neither them nor TREKK INN's website will allow me to send them a mail without my "barcode". Which barcode? On my package that I dont have? Wont accept the order number. This smells of a ****.
