I bought a 320i, they assured me is a good car, in a space of 3 weeks the tire sensors were unable to detect tire pressure, the sales person said it is how i drive. I went there almost 4 times until they confirmed that sensors were damaged, 2 months down the line brakes needed to be replaced i complained its not fair that i can drive a car then in less than 3 months i have to replace brakes. They said i should pay half the amount of the total cost of the brakes replacement. I called BMW south Africa for help ,they never helped with Anything. I really regrete buying a car from them especially if you buying a second hand car. They never explained all details regarding motor plans and warranty i realised that when i started having problems and already contracts were sealed. Now they do not even entertain my story iam stuck with all the issues . I bought the car via palesa and her Manager Michael.

I bought a 2016 Mercedes Benz C220 Bluetec Avantgarde in Mbombela BMW used car in 2023/03/03 financed by Absa contract No : 97921372 , The car was delivered to me on 2023/03/06 in Pretoria. The car had problems from the time i started driving just after it was delivered to me and I informed the dealership, I took it upon myself to take it to Tyre and Wheel in Polokwane and Mr Thabo Seloise helped me with the tyres, The types had wires and very dangerous to drive around with the Vehicle. We informed the sales person in Mbombela Ms Palesa Lesufi and they agreed to exchange the tyres. Still, The car has a loud noise from the engine, I further informed Ms palesa Lefusi and the sales Manager used car Mr Fouche BMW Mbombela about the noise and told them to come collect the car for repairs, Mr Fouche suggested I book it at the nearest Dealer.I questioned them if they did Quality check on the vehicle and I requested the Quality report on 23/03/2023 and nothing was send to me . I booked the vehicle at Menlyn Service Center Mercedes Benz on 03/04/2023 with the knowledge of Mbombela BMW and they agreed. The service rep at Menlyn is Refiloe Mojela. The service center identified a lot of mechanical faults and suspension problems, the vehicle had a lot of problems even to be on the road.Mbombela BMW received a quote for problems which caused R49 730.00. On 04/04/2023 I tried to communicate with Mr Fouche about the way forward since the vehicle was booked in at Mercedes Benz Menlyn, He never responded and I was left stranded for business purposes and Mr Fouche ignored my calls. Still on that note, I communicated with sales person Mbombela that I would rather take the car while I wait for them to finalise and prepare to pay Menlyn, while Menlyn is ordering the parts. I again took it upon myself to get the matter finalised, I phoned Refiloe for an update, To my suprise Mbombela BMW told the service advisor that they will only pay half and they will not even service the car as the car is overdue for service.Since I bought the vehicle, I dont have the registration documents of the car, which always gets me in trouble with traffic offices, because the temp permit expired from 27/03/2023 till today, no documents, no communication, no registration documents and no license plates. How do I pay for something that is not registered? The vehicle has the following problem : Noise in the engine Noise in the front and rear suspension Rear windows are not working Tyres were only replaced after I complained No registration and Number plate I need advice on how to resolve this issue as it is compromising my Business, The Mbombela BMW is taking me for granted and undermining my intelligence. I have since tried all avenues to get help but they just ignore me and dont respond.

I took my vehicle in for an Aircon Micro-Filter and re-gas service at BMW Fountain circle (Pretoria) on the 20th Jan 2021. To my surprise the aircon gas was finished within a month later, I then called BMW Eastview nearest to Hoedspruit, since I had relocated due to work reasons. Vehicle was booked in for the 24th Feb 2021 for the Aircon check-up/repair, off which I explained that the vehicle just came from aircon service a month ago in Pretoria. BMW Eastview called me later on the 24th Feb 2021 after checking the vehicle, informing me that they could not pick up any leakages on the vehicle's aircon system. I was then told to come fetch the car drive it, monitor any difference on the aircon and bring it back to them for further diagnostics and checks. I explained to them that my motorplan was about to expire shortly end of February. I was told to bring it back as soon as the gas runs out. Unfortunately I didnt notice any gas leaks since I hardly used the aircon after that, weather was changing to winter and I mostly use military transport going to work and back. Started using the aircon shortly after October when it was getting very hot, which then the Gas ran out. I called BMW Eastview, and the vehicle was booked in for the 15th Nov 2021. I dropped off the vehicle and explained to Paul Petersen (Manager) that this issue was reported before motorplan expired, and I was told to "monitor" the gas. Paul advised me to expect to only pay for re-gas , stripping and assemble of dashboard, for an amount around about R4000. Which I was not happy about, because this matter was reported before motorplan expired, and they failed to properly diagnose and fix the vehicle. I called BMW RSA to intervene and assist in the matter, the case was assigned to a Ms Zizo Mokotedi BMW Customer Service Specialist (012) 522 2934. Zizo proved to be useless to me as a client, she only interrogated me as to why it took this long to monitor the aircon gas leak from my side, off which I explained to her that I didn't use it regularly and only started using it more often just recently. The vehicle was kept at BMW Eastgate for over a week, i called Paul for feedback. he told they still stripping the vehicle to confirm where the leak was. Which was found to be from the Aircon Evaporator, and they completely changed and told me its too expensive I need to pay R12000.00 instead of the R4000 that he mentioned previously, from a total amount of R16000.00. I then called Ms Zizo from BMW RSA on the 24th Nov for assistance in this regard, she told me they will not be assisting on this matter any further I should take it up with Paul from eastview who adamantly told them that's the maximum discount the company will assist with. I waited another week for my vehicle to be reassembled , and collect it on the 1st December without being fixed . BMW RSA refused to enter into this matter in any way to assist me as a client. This aircon issue was reported to them before motorplan expired, and vehicle was sent to bmw with same aircon issue twice before motorplan expired and both times it was just re-gassed. Now they making it my issue because I could not have enough time to monitor the gas leak during winter time and report back to them. Your assistance in this regard is highly appreciated.
