Be carefull of using MBT fuel station in Strand. This morning I asked the petrol attendant to putt a R100 fuel into my Citi golf which he did. They then charged me R200 on my banking card. I then went to the petrol attendant who on his turn referred me to the manager. He informed me that a mistake could not be made on their system, Wich is utter bull****, because no proof of the transaction was found by the cashier on her computer. I know my car and there was definitely not R200 putt into my vehicle. I was speaking Afrikaans to the manager, after I spoke to the manager, the cashier, with a very ****y and racist tone, told me to speak English so the attendant can defend himself. The manager had a very aggressive and defensive attitude, and was very unprofessional. I was told that they can not be wrong, and are not at fault, but they surely are. I have only ever used them, but will definitely not in future, and will advise every one of my friends who use them as well not to use them anymore.
