The MBT Service station in Lynnwood provides the worst customer service possible. I was my car almost every weekend at this service station. They close at 4pm and when I arrived at 15:50 they wanted to refuse to wash my car. The manager was also not very helpful. Obviously they are not customer focused. Won’t wash my car here again .

How wonderful the service I received from Astron Energy Petrol Station today! I only went to get some petrol. However, Themba, one of the petrol attendants, asked if he could wash the windows. Not only did he wash the windows but asked if he could just quickly wash the rest of the car due to the dust. I informed him that I had no cash. With a véry friendly smile he said that it is alright. Within minutes he cleaned the car and another friendly attendant helped a bit. What SUPER and friendly service I found there at that specific station. Thank you Astron. Thank you dearest Themba! After a long day I found some extra needed energy that came from friendly service!

How wonderful the service I received from Astron Energy Petrol Station today! I only went to get some petrol. However, Themba, one of the petrol attendants, asked if he could wash the windows. Mbt petroleum- garsfontein Johannes is the employee that we aim to be helped by. What an amazing person, and employee. He is always kind and friendly with us and the kids. He Always has a smile on his face and he is genuinely enthusiastic when it comes to helping us.

My name is Naledi Mohoje. This morning at about 7:30 I visited one of your stations in Kraaifontein, Belmont park, Cape Town. Let me start by saying that i released they were bit busy and what i needed was just a air pressure for my tyre, and as i was waiting to be assisted, i then realised that the guys were busy, i then decided to do it myself quickly as i was also rushing to work, in drove another car just beside me, and a gentlemen by the name of Mkhululi JoJo a petrol attendant come and wanted to assist the car that found me there, i notified him that i was first, he reached to my petrol tank assuming i was needed petrol, i told Him that i only need air pressure. Now that is where all hell broke loose, He bluntly told me that he was not gonna assist me as what i needed was not important and i was wasting his time, i can go and complain he does not care,and went to assist the car that got me there, he was giving me all the attitude one can think of, and clearly he could not be bothered about how i felt. i approached the Manager Mr Jacques, who was very humble and apologetic about the whole situation and the business at large, taking accountability which i appreciate and offered a coffee, about the most despicable attitude and unruly behavior that left a bad taste in my mouth, the sadness about this ordeal is that i have a very good relationship with most of the guys, luyanda, stoffels to mention the few i can remember, i think there is Bulelani if not mistaken. When Jacques called him through, he continued to annihilate me and disrespect me and refuse to apologize, and assuming that i am Xhosa and spoke in Xhosa infront of his manager which told me that he did not care, and said what do i want to do?, there is a lot i can say on this email and still will not be enough to explain the tedious attitude and disrespect i have encounter from this Mr JoJo which i am still giving him respect to call him Mr he does not deserve it, he needs to be trained for customer service or else he needs to stay at the rural area and head the sheep because he does not care about what put bread on his table. I am not happy about this treatment, and I would love for the company to give me feedback regarding the matter. Contac number 0621709575

Be carefull of using MBT fuel station in Strand. This morning I asked the petrol attendant to putt a R100 fuel into my Citi golf which he did. They then charged me R200 on my banking card. I then went to the petrol attendant who on his turn referred me to the manager. He informed me that a mistake could not be made on their system, Wich is utter bull****, because no proof of the transaction was found by the cashier on her computer. I know my car and there was definitely not R200 putt into my vehicle. I was speaking Afrikaans to the manager, after I spoke to the manager, the cashier, with a very ****y and racist tone, told me to speak English so the attendant can defend himself. The manager had a very aggressive and defensive attitude, and was very unprofessional. I was told that they can not be wrong, and are not at fault, but they surely are. I have only ever used them, but will definitely not in future, and will advise every one of my friends who use them as well not to use them anymore.

I am writing this with disappointment. Poor customer service with no remorse or any apologies or rather explanation to the customers. I really felt so undermined by the staff when I was told I bring nothing but little money to the filling station 🤔. To top it up management couldn't assist also, I spent the whole hour being ignored. Never expected this as a customer! S
