Today is the 1ste time ever buying pizza from Roman's Pizza. I love pizza and eat it quite often, but never have I eaten such amazing lekker pizza! Kaas is baas!

Worst medical aid ever! Agents are not very helpful! I am unemployed since March 2022
Worst medical aid ever! Agents are not very helpful! I am unemployed since March 2022. They didn't deduct the premium even though they could have from last salary slip or from my bank account as I provided banking details. I was not informed by Ntokozo the agent who assisted me that my medical aid in arrears or that I need to pay for more than 2 months or that my premium can now be reduced due to my income bracket! Then now after 5 months when I want to recieve my medication I'm informed that my medical aid is suspended. I can't dispute the funds even though I paid without being able to use medical aid and in my view they actually owe me money as my premium was supposed to be reduced! I have several severe medical conditions and cannot go without my medication.

According to customer service agent who is surely incompetent and does not know the banking policies and procedures, I cannot dispute a payment made to my medical aid as it's a public recipient
According to customer service agent who is surely incompetent and does not know the banking policies and procedures, I cannot dispute a payment made to my medical aid as it's a public recipient. If it is a public recipient and I cannot dispute it through the bank that is PATHETIC!

This morning at McDonald's in Welkom they we're closed due to loadshedding. The McDonald's is situated at the Mall so why don't they have their own generator or why aren't they connected to the Mall's generator. Really pathetic!

Pathetic experience I had dealing with FNB for the first time
Pathetic experience I had dealing with FNB for the first time. I waited 2 hours to just open an account and when I asked the lady who handles the floor after an hour if I can open an account on my phone she said she doesn't know how so she can't help me. I then proceeded to try and open the account myself on the app and online but I kept getting an error saying there is some technical difficulties. I mean seriously 2 hour waiting time just to get assistance. That's outrageous! FNB can seriously learn a thing or two from Capitec's waiting time to be served.
