OpenServe is the worst fibre company in South Africa. We have had the last few weeks several interruptions. Today our estate (Bali Village, Wapadrand) has had little to no internet while technicians are working…this is totally unacceptable
Planet Fitness at Linton Corner, was supposed to be open at 5 am, but its staff informs its patrons (dozens of them), that they will only open at 6.20 because the person who was supposed to open was not there and they don’t have a key! And here I was thinking that Planet Fitness is quality business….meanwhile it’s run like a backyard operation. This is PATHETIC on a number of levels. Do you only have one key for them gym? You can have employees there to inform us they can’t open, apparently from another gym, but you don’t have a spare key?! And where is the manager of the gym? I hope the person responsible will be fired for this. They have brought your brand into disrepute. Luckily I’m on a month to month so I can join Virgin where I’m certain this has never happened with them. I demand a refund of my premium. Why must I be inconvenienced by your incompetence? Waking up early in the morning to get to gym only to be told we can only open in 1 1/2 hours because we don’t have keys…how preposterous! Mannee de Wet, Manny Riveria is this the type of service you pride yourselves in?!
Your driver almost caused a major accident by making an ******* U/turn on Solomon Mahlangu (Wapadrand close to Linton’s Corner)! This was reckless behaviour and I demand that you take disciplinary actions against him!!! Registration number KP 23 JW GP. I have images of him breaking the law and endangering lives.
The MBT Service station in Lynnwood provides the worst customer service possible. I was my car almost every weekend at this service station. They close at 4pm and when I arrived at 15:50 they wanted to refuse to wash my car. The manager was also not very helpful. Obviously they are not customer focused. Won’t wash my car here again .
This company is ********* in its marketing. They position themselves as an information page to help you with tracing your policies. But they are really just a bunch of rude and obnoxious insurance salesman. The person who contacted me was extremely rude and obnoxious when I questioned their ********* marketing practices.
We have tried to get authorization for a procedure only to be told we are suspended...we have NOT MISSED one single payment to Discovery. Discovery is quick to take my money but really pathetic in their service offering and responsiveness. My wife has spoken to several people in the call center and nobody knows what is going on. This was last week already and still, we have not heard anything. I expect this matter to be resolved by COB at the end of this week. If I do not get a favorable response I intend to take this matter further to the Ombud.
Financial services salesman using pushy tactics. Where do these people come from? Arrogant and rude, how do they sell anything? I have told them to buzz off on 2 separate occasions. They start the call to make it sound like they are fami**** with you and you should know them…even said that I told them to call me back. Don’t talk to these people…if this is how they do sales they are for sure not legit financial advisers.
My meter ran out. Unable to reset it and load units on it. I have called their after hours number for more than 20 times, sent 3 sms’s, and a WhatsApp but they do not respond. What’s the use of having an after hours number if no one answers? Pathetic service!
I have put in a claim for loss of income due to retrenchment last month for my Capitec credit card. To date I have not yet received any correspondence from Capitec. But I get threatening message like this below: Capitec: MR VISSER, settle your credit card arrears NOW. Failure to settle will affect your chance of getting credit again. Call 0860667718 for help. What is the issue here? I’m used to much better service from Capitec. Please explain what is happening?
I’m being harassed by your company for prescribed debt. It is against the National Credit Act to buy prescribed debt. If you call me again I will report you to the NCR.
