Poor service
I've provided with my details about 3weeks ago received a call I promised to expect an sms within 48hours to view my portfolio, to date I haven't received anything. I have emailed them to make a follow up and got no response. I am just wondering whether this company is a **** after providing them this my sensitive information

Having second thoughts
Could you pls remove my details from your database or allow me to do it myself through your website or link. Been reading reviews of you cancelling policies etc, so pls remove me from your database

Rude and ********* Business
This company is ********* in its marketing. They position themselves as an information page to help you with tracing your policies. But they are really just a bunch of rude and obnoxious insurance salesman. The person who contacted me was extremely rude and obnoxious when I questioned their ********* marketing practices.

Verifi service does not work well.
Their website and service does not work properly. https://www.verifi.co.za/ 1. Their website sends out an OTP that is not received by the mobile number. 2. They e-mail the detailed report that is password-protected and they forget to provide the password. 3. You have to complete a form and e-mail them for assistance. So much for automation.

Verifi’s lack of communication
I sent all required documents that Verifi requested from me on the 22 June, I did not receive follow up feedback back or any acknowledgment that they are working on my case. I sent a follow email on the 25th still no response
