I've provided with my details about 3weeks ago received a call I promised to expect an sms within 48hours to view my portfolio, to date I haven't received anything. I have emailed them to make a follow up and got no response. I am just wondering whether this company is a **** after providing them this my sensitive information
Worst service ever still waiting for the refund even after been promised I will get it within 14days & it has been more than that no communication nothing what so ever will not recommend it to anyone.
Received a call from tiger brands and the lady said at least the baby didn't eat the cereal so I must return it to Clicks. She mentioned that they don't work on assumptions and I should have checked the expiry date before purchasing the product. My question is why would food be placed on shelves without the expiry date been checked first?
On the 4th of June 2021 I bought purity baby cereals from clicks pharmacy in Lemon Tree in Alberton to my disbelief this morning when I prepared the meal for the baby one of the cereals had expired on the 31 August 2020. Imagine had I not checked the expiry date first would've fed my daughter expired food I am utterly disappointed by Clicks store for selling expired things to consumers.
