Daylight robbery and lame excuses???
Took out a 40gig contract in mid Sept. Paid half.. Oct paid installment and mind u we were 2 using the wifi.. When the day data was finished I switched it off and used my data from my upgraded device from another network. Now come Nov. I used the wifi for 8days coz I realised that my upgrade phone had 11gigs which will expire 30Nov. Low and behold I paid triple the amount because I used up 40gig and used out of data bundles worth R500. How the f... can than happen when I couldn't even finish my 11gig. I used up only 9gig from my other network so how could I finish 40gig and more in 8days?. This lame excuses that they give to everyone when they steal ur money is evident that Cell C is out to rob people. I will make sure that my fam members who also looked for a good deal never sign up with Cell C. Ever. And everyone who cares to listen. Pls DO NOT TAKE OUT A CONTRACT WITH THESE THIEVES. cell c can u pls let me know how to cancel this contract coz it turns out I have another 11gig for Dec so there's no need for ur wifi before I find myself paying over R1000 for a wifi that I never used
