This FONEYAM is utter RUBISH! i will NEVER recommend it to anyone, i went to Ackerman's in century city the agent by the name of Siyasanga, did not even bother to explain that i am actually renting a phone, i guess they need to make sale. AGAIN RUBISH.. i had to pay a hefty deposit of R700 and something, then got an sms in a week's time to say i need to pay R149.94 that had a link attached to it, i then opted to pay via the pay@ link, a week later i got another sms saying that i should be making another payment of R149,94 otherwise my phone will be blocked, i do not get paid every week to be making payment every week, i went to the shop and explained to the agent that was helping me, she then said i should not worry maybe the payment has not reflected as yet, i woke up with a blocked phone because it has been said i missed a payment which i did not, i had to go back o the shop again and they called in the call center only to be told that my payment it is not reflecting through the pay@link that i used to pay, now i have to either pay another R150 to unblock the phone and send a POP that i have paid, i do not know what is gonna happen with the next month payment? worse i can not send a proof of payment because my phone is blocked, I WILL HAVE TO PAY AGAIN......., SO I PAID TWICE IN ONE MONTH, WHY HAVE A PAY@LINK WHEN IT IS NOT WORKING????????
On Thursday 01/08/2024 at16:28 i got to pump 6, i was assisted by PPUTUMA. I must say the GUY loves his JOB and love his customers, i had a problem with my V-Plus Card, he jumped in the challenge of making sure that i was well informed with how the reward card work like, he even went as far as assisting with his cellphone. Great Service i have ever received from a attendant, this is not just a job for him it is a calling! THANK YOU SO MUCH P. PUTUMA!!
I went to a striker Kraaifontein Belmont park, Oupaarl Road on Saturday 06/07/2024 around about pass 3;00 in the afternoon, to buy my meat like i usually do went to the till to pay a lady by the name Zameka Spoer (her surname is along those name, i might be saying wrong, i misplaced my slip for correct details) a cashier light in complexion decided to mop the floor just Infront of me, and another lady called me to pay, but how was i to walk on a wet floor without a wet floor sign and not evens dry, as i asked her why did she do that for, she answered with a nasty attitude and said it is not her fault that the mop don't get dry and she actually do not care, as i asked her what if i fall and break my leg, she still said she doesn't care and she said this very rudely and nonchalantly, only two cashers apologies besides her even when i asked for a manger they all said she was not around. i am very disappointed with the kind of service we get, it really hit like poor service that is simply classified as black on black trash service. and i would really suggest that the health inspectors should visit the the butchery as i strongly believe that they do not follow healthy rules, the guys that cut the meat they drop it on the floor, and i had to show them that they are throwing the meat on the floor as they are blindly missing to throw it into the bucket provided, he then pick it up and throws it back into the busket mixed with clean meat, is that not food contamination rite there. no please stricker meat in kraaifontein need to be checked for customer service and health inspectors need to make a turn there. I NEED AN APOLOGY from the cashier and their manager
I sell Truda Snack ****kies to be exact, at work, Bellville so my clients kept on returning the pack because they were half packaged, i called the company to complain, it took them 4 days only to resend a full package of 12x50g when i gave back only 7x50g, their Rep by the name of TK, he kept phoning and was very apologetic and super nice, honestly i was just complaining, i thought they will never attend to my complain...thank you TRUDAAAAAAAA!
My name is Naledi Mohoje. This morning at about 7:30 I visited one of your stations in Kraaifontein, Belmont park, Cape Town. Let me start by saying that i released they were bit busy and what i needed was just a air pressure for my tyre, and as i was waiting to be assisted, i then realised that the guys were busy, i then decided to do it myself quickly as i was also rushing to work, in drove another car just beside me, and a gentlemen by the name of Mkhululi JoJo a petrol attendant come and wanted to assist the car that found me there, i notified him that i was first, he reached to my petrol tank assuming i was needed petrol, i told Him that i only need air pressure. Now that is where all hell broke loose, He bluntly told me that he was not gonna assist me as what i needed was not important and i was wasting his time, i can go and complain he does not care,and went to assist the car that got me there, he was giving me all the attitude one can think of, and clearly he could not be bothered about how i felt. i approached the Manager Mr Jacques, who was very humble and apologetic about the whole situation and the business at large, taking accountability which i appreciate and offered a coffee, about the most despicable attitude and unruly behavior that left a bad taste in my mouth, the sadness about this ordeal is that i have a very good relationship with most of the guys, luyanda, stoffels to mention the few i can remember, i think there is Bulelani if not mistaken. When Jacques called him through, he continued to annihilate me and disrespect me and refuse to apologize, and assuming that i am Xhosa and spoke in Xhosa infront of his manager which told me that he did not care, and said what do i want to do?, there is a lot i can say on this email and still will not be enough to explain the tedious attitude and disrespect i have encounter from this Mr JoJo which i am still giving him respect to call him Mr he does not deserve it, he needs to be trained for customer service or else he needs to stay at the rural area and head the sheep because he does not care about what put bread on his table. Bought a night frill at Pep Kraaifontein at Bloch inside shoprite but when I got home it was a small make didn't fit When I returned it I was dismissed rudely by assistant manager, though the till slip did say that goods are not to be returned after opened! Now I'm sitting with a useless night frill while the manager said I am gonna cause her unnecessary work when the neck customer come because she can't fold it. Regards Naledi 0621709575
hello peter<br> <br> my name is Naledi Marcia Mohoje id number is 8110210716089 I have since claim for my UIF claims benefits since October 2015 in goodwood and I was told to go and check my claims in Bellville as it is near to where I stay, so after six weeks I went but nothing...only to be told that my documents where not finished I should go back to goodwood to ask them what is wrong which I did it was November 2015 still the next day they couried the document to Bellville to be processed and I was told to come back in 10 days which was going to be December 2015, I didi and I was told the supervisor was on leave and I should come back...we are now in 2016 January...till now I have not been help instead I have been toasted from pilar to post...please help I am not working and I need my fianance

hello peter<br> my name is peter mohoje my account number is 392871 and my phone number is 0715475386, I bought a bed at this store the first complain I had about this bed was the legs of the bed were broken I reported the matter it took them close to six month of fighting before they assist u, and not long while we were still fighting the issue of the legs, the bed on its own it makes lot of noise and it is falling in the centre when we sleep I complained ever since but no prevail but I still have to pay my instalment every month but they are not helping me...I bought the bed very expensively and I am a very good client but the service it is very poor they don't communicate with you at all, and the manager is fully aware of this situation please peter help me I payed a lot of money for that bed...
