Dissapointed in how they treat loyal customers by false adverti*****ts and not responding to emails
Hi they don't deserve good criticism as they are robbing people. My kids always buy snack nacks and the packets are more empty then the actual weight. They are robbing us by putting in less chips than the actual weight on the packet. This is daylight *******. How do I take this further. They never got back to my email.

BBQ chips with no BBQ
Really a fan of the Go Slo's BBQ , bought a bale on Sunday opened 3 packets and all 3 had little to no spice on it , sent email with my query on Monday, it's Thursday and all I got was sorry , no follow up nothing

BBQ chips with no BBQ

I sell Truda Snack ****kies to be exact, at work, Bellville so my clients kept on returning the pack because they were half packaged, i called the company to complain, it took them 4 days only to resend a full package of 12x50g when i gave back only 7x50g, their Rep by the name of TK, he kept phoning and was very apologetic and super nice, honestly i was just complaining, i thought they will never attend to my complain...thank you TRUDAAAAAAAA!

Hi All<br> <br> I am disappointed in the product inspection at Truda Snacks as my daughter brought Chicken Naks 16g , the packet was half empty, there was just a few, <br> <br> I left the packet sealed as I was disgusted the production line was not checked properly before sending it out for distribution.<br> <br> Am very disappointed :(
