Dear Telkom I have applied for my line to be moved several months ago. I have worked for Telkom and now I am a pensioner receiving a special on my line. I have now received below email. Kindly explain if take the TLLF will my package apply. I was a fitter and a line can be installed wherein moving to or they can slit the line. id ********** 033080

Good Day I am highly disappointed in Game and require this situation to be resolved. My elderly parents purchased a few items from game. One was a washing machine which I found out was from off the floor. The new price of this machine was R5999 but this was off the floor and that’s not new. Secondly this machine is R3999 in Macro with any extra 3 months free omo auto. Game guarantees they beat any price and I hold them to this promise expecting them to beat this. Attached find Macro offer. Over and above this the purchase was made on a Game card with a guarantee of free delivery and 50% off extended warrantee as attached add from Game. Please take note of the invoice and advise was this applied. Please find attached the invoice to revise and revert with correctly amended invoice. Will await outcome. Regards
