I've experience the most appalling customer service ever from this dealer! Eric, who is one of the sales managers there has been extremely unpleasant to work with and a total disregard for customer service!
Upon purchasing a vehicle there, the sales consultant instructed me to do the license disk and plates back in Joburg and then reimburse me for the money spent. After doing all the necessary documentation and payment, it has been and uphill battle to get my refund from JLR Durban. I've had to phone Eric on numerous occasions to sort out my refund and to a certain extent, he wanted me to cover the testing of the vehicle with my own account!
Absolutely no compassion, or customer service at his interest. Over a month and I cannot believe I have to "fight" for my refund.
