They auto renew the subscription even tough I don't have the software anymore. Their service is totally useless. Their South African 0800 number doesn’t work and there is no email linked to them, so there’s absolutely no way to get hold of them. STAY AWAY !!!

McAfee caused serious issues after MicrosSoft update issued yesterday - I had to uninstall MaCee to be able to work AFTER more than 2 hours of trouble shooting .

This company auto renews the subscription without consent. Their service is total nonsense. Their South African number doesn’t work. They have no email linked to them, there’s absolutely no way to get ahold of them. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

Yesterday, I bought a subscription to the McAfee PC Optimizer. The activation key didn't work, so I consulted the chatbot using the link on my subscription profile. The link to the page for the error code doesn't exist and the number for South Africa on their website doesn't exist. I have no way of contacting them and no way to reverse the purchase. So unhappy about this. I won't be renewing my security subscription with them again.

Yesterday, I bought a subscription to the McAfee PC Optimizer. The activation key didn't work, so I consulted the chatbot using the link on my subscription profile. Useless clown show. Their strategy is ****** subscriptions to their mediocre antivirus solutions by plaguing you with popups at every opportunity. But this isn't the worst of it: They also own the password manager "True Key", and for the past 3 months I am unable to access my passwords due to a software issue on theiir side which renders their 2FA process useless. Thier response: "we're terribly sorry, our engineering team is working on a resolution, we hope they will solve it, we cant give you a timing commitment". Unbelievable pathetic! Its like the bank freezing your bank account for months because they have a software issue. Digital entities get away with this BS because they dont have a physical presence. Instead of being able to go somewhere, kicjk down a door and demand for an issue to be resolved, you get to deal withsenseless bots and call-centre agents in 3rd-world countries with no ability or authority to resolve issues.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! Annual subscription went off a month early with no warning. Been on the phone for 45mins waiting to speak to someone but they don't answer and it is nearly impossible to get a refund. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

Mcafee does not answer their customer service support line and there is no email to contact them. I could not disable my auto review fee and they debited my account when I do not have the device any longer. Please assist with how to get hold of them to refund within the 60 day period which is part of their policy.
