Horrible customer service
First of all they made me pay for a soak off that I didn’t receive, the owner of the place even tried to deceive me by saying having my acrylic nails filed was soak off?. Gave us such a runaround when we wanted a refund. They have my partner paraffin wax thingy that he didn’t ask for (we assumed it was part of the package because we didn’t even know what it was), then they later charged us for it??. Owner of the place does not know customer service. Very rude on the phone. I would not recommend the place to anyone.

Instead of apologizing for making us pay for the soak off I didn’t get and my partner being held responsible for some paraffin wax he didn’t ask for.

Thank you for your feedback, as you and I aware you did all the treatment with us and thus you are liable for payment. If you didnt enjoy our spa and treatments, you spend 3 hours and took selfies and posted all over instragram which the treatment takes 1 hour and 30 mins. Please note unfortunately we cannot refund you.
