Unable to cancel Bidvest Club McCarthy subscription for vehicle I sold two months ago

I have been trying to cancel my Bidvest Club McCarthy subscription for a vehicle I sold two months ago to no avail.

I tried calling their call centre as the website suggests but they kept sending me from pillar to post.
