Absurd charges and no feedback

I went to see these lawyers in May in regards to a unfair dismissal. I paid R2200 for the first consulting on the day. They explained that they would need R6000 to be paid into the trust account. I paid the money, and they reported the case to the ccma. The con/arb was objected by the employer. So the conciliation continued. The lawyer phoned me a week later and asked what happened. They took my original document with the consultation and if I ask them to send me a copy they charge R400? I decided that I cannot continue. And asked them for a statement 3 times whereby the only send it 2 weeks later. I asked them to pay me back the little money that is left nearly two weeks ago. But they dont. They want me to phone, so they can charge again. And leave no money to be refunded.

Not happy at all!
