I called today at 13h15 - the receptionist is so rude, she throws the phone down in your ear. Not a good impression. No skills to handle calls.
I had a incident with my vehicle early Sunday morning. Damaged the wheel. The tow truck stopped there and picked my car up. Didnt give me any paperwork. Dropped the car at a panelbeater and took me home… Now I understand I had a bit to drink and was irresponsible But they charge me R12000 initial tow in.. i tol the guy I am not insured. Eventually had it lowered to R7000… Now when I got my vehicle back. They stole everything that was in my vehicle even my licence…
Great food, variety on the menu Service is great. The owner /manager are very well prepared if you have difficulty in choosing a meal she will give you options than pair well. The food is exquisite and the atmosphere is great for a first date or a Valentines dinner as well as able to handle a bigger group

I went to see these lawyers in May in regards to a unfair dismissal. I paid R2200 for the first consulting on the day. They explained that they would need R6000 to be paid into the trust account. I paid the money, and they reported the case to the ccma. The con/arb was objected by the employer. So the conciliation continued. The lawyer phoned me a week later and asked what happened. They took my original document with the consultation and if I ask them to send me a copy they charge R400? I decided that I cannot continue. And asked them for a statement 3 times whereby the only send it 2 weeks later. I asked them to pay me back the little money that is left nearly two weeks ago. But they dont. They want me to phone, so they can charge again. And leave no money to be refunded. Not happy at all!
We have been customers of MTN for 22 years. Recently they allowed fraud on the account, and it seems like their investigators are just as corrupt. They are not getting back to us, and try to debit the account with R6000 this month. We send avadavits through and everything no one is coming back to us. We know reported MTN with the POPI act. They are reckless with the personal information they have on record. Fraudsters working there and absolutely incompetent staff. Not helping you at all. I ask a senior manager to call me, nothing

Excellent service. From first contact they act fast, make a plan to assist you. Vehicles are clean and smell nice. When you receive your vehicle you feel like royalty. Keep it up. Vincent, Loune, Stephanie and Lebo who perfectly took over the responsibility and was very profesional!
I would suggest anyone that ever think of using a SAM to buld a pool or to do maintenance on their pool, get a contrat, take his id take photos. And let him finish the job before you pay anything.
