Unmatched Service!!!
Thanks Elton for the unmatched service. Not only is Elton always a phone call away, he is also a specialist in his industry. If you want service, communication and professionalism then McCrystal Insurance Brokers are the company you need on your team when it comes to short term insurance. Elton is forever educating me and is always keeping me up to date with regards to underwriting updates and changes. If he sees that such changes have increased my risk, he constantly finds ways to bring my risk back down. Besides Elton's wealth of knowledge, he is also a fantastic guy and a pleasure to work with. Excellent service from McCrystal - Was in a vehicle accident and the claim was handled professionally and settled in record time. Very happy and satisfied with the ladies working for McCrystal - Would definitely recommend McCrystal to assist with your Insurance needs.

Easy to collect but not paying
If you have a this people as insurance. Cancel they are only in it to make money. We are still waiting for our co payment after an accident in 2010. We had a co payment of about R60 000 because the policy was not more than a month. And the accident was not our fault. Send emails and all they do is ignore you

Claim that is not handled since September 2014
I have lodged a claim for damages to my boat in September 2014 and supplied all the info requested an assessor was allocated and he instructed an boat repairer from Richards bay to inspect the boat and supply an quote. The assessor informed me he gave his findings to the insurer. I kept in contact with them in regular intervals when they assured me they would get back to me. This carried on until end of November 2014 when I proceeded on my annual holiday. I proceeded to Sodwana bay where my boat is stored and had it fixed at my own cost. I phoned the broker at McCrystel and he said it is fine I must forward him the invoice which I did. Earle January 2015 a new assessor was appointed and I gave him all the necessary documentation every week I phone him for feedback then he give me some lame story.
