Got sold an incomplete brand new car
Bought a brand new car from the dealer September 2025. The process of getting the car was super seamless, everything was concluded within days of contacting them - 10/10. A month later I noticed that there was a panel missing from the dashboard to which I informed the dealer and they said they'd order it for me, and asked that I follow up with them after a set amount of weeks, then that's when game of lame excuses started and till to date I am still waiting. In the period between noticing the missing panel and now I have noticed a couple of other defects on the car that have made me question if VW even do any quality assurance on their cars before putting them up for sale because it is unacceptable to sell such a car to your customers.

A Very Bad Service!!!, The Car started not to work following day I bought it.
Very Bad Service. I bought a car with McDuling Motors. The following day the car started to give problems, the car was not starting at all.. it stayed with the dealer for five days and they refused to give me a loan car… this is so frustrating, how can someone buy a car but they don’t get to use it. When I call the receptionist is always saying the dealer principal is busy I should leave a message. The guy who came to take my car back to the dealer said he will sort everything out, but today he’s saying that he is just a guy who tows cars.. yoh

Unprofessional customer service representatives
I had a horrible experience at this dealership The first issue was as I entered I asked a rep for assistance he was extremely rude almost as if he did not want to assist me I then went to the used car section to get a valuation done on my vehicle and look at a new vehicle. One of the reps said they would contact me regarding the valuation about two weeks ago, till today I have not received feedback I also called that rep to follow up and to also explain how I was treated as I came into the dealership and the rudeness of the first rep I interacted with, he told me the manager will give me a courtesey call up to today two weeks later still nothing I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, the customer service is horrible.

Better Service Than My Favourite Restaurant
Always a pleasure dealing with the team at McDuling VW. Helpful, efficient, and they genuinely care about their customers. Would definitely recommend them if you're looking for top-notch service and a team that knows Volkswagens inside and out!

If I could share 6 stars I would. There are those who do what “it says on the box” then there are those who go far beyond. McDuling are the latter. After sales service is the name of the game for them and they truly look after you.
