Mdalisu Not reliable
I paid up my account in mid February. Now I'm waiting for a legal team to call me.
As of now - I haven't been called and rather ghosted. When I call the office , I'm donating my airtime waiting for someone to pick up.
I contacted the WhatsApp number where I only recieved a response from Lindokuhle Makathini 20 mins before their end of day and the chat was closed. I recieved a response from Luyanda Dimba and had the exact same outcome. During this chat - Lindokuhle sent me confidential documents with other clients signatures.
So Mdalisu as a company - I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND as they have lost the plot. My own documents could be sent to wrong individuals.
It's so easy to take money and to deliver the service is a long process without feedback.
