Mdalisu - Not Serious about Helping its customers.

Worst service I’ve ever received. I’m stuck here with a debit order no one can explain. They don’t pick my calls and no one seems to know what’s going on. They promised to call, it’s been weeks and nothing. The person who last reached out to me said they’ll escalate, I’m guessing they’re still escalating to their manager even now.

I’m really disappointed and would not recommend this nonsense treatment to v customers. My life is on hold you people, I need to find a way to move forward. Stop taking my money when you can’t even help me!!
