Poor Service

MDAssist have put me under debt review since 2018 January and I withdrew in 2018 May and they have put me under debt review since then and I paid my debts fully and now they cannot even attend to my case as I need clearance certificate as I have sent them the required documents. It has been 2 days and no correspondence from them as yet. When I try to call in their number gets engaged and I don't know what else to do as their communication lines are not being attended to at all which means clients are not their first priority.

I will inform everyone who uses their service to be on alert as they will definitely do the same thing to them. MDAssist your service is poor and it is uncalled for.
