Stitches tearing after 1 wear

Bought a puffer jacket last week, that’s worth R1800.

I wore it for the first time today and when I took it off the inside had torn open.

I have had a serious experience where I thought a skirt from them and after 1 wash the color started fading and the stitching separating.

I’m really disappointed.
