Bought a puffer jacket last week, that’s worth R1800. I wore it for the first time today and when I took it off the inside had torn open. I have had a serious experience where I thought a skirt from them and after 1 wash the color started fading and the stitching separating. I’m really disappointed.
I had the worst experience trying to apply for a tracking unit with Tracker. I made an application with Mpho Makhila and she promised to call back to schedule a new date to fit in the tracker. I emailed, called the contact centre and left my number and she never called me back for fitment after the application was made. 5 days later after no assistance or call backs I had to cancel and move to Netstar, which asssisted me same day hassle free. I’ll never consider Tracker again, very bad service?
I had an amazing experience getting assistance and a quote from John Khoza from Santam. He is very knowledgeable, patient and helpful, I got an unbeatable quote that I couldn’t get elsewhere after making over a handful of other quotes. I was so impressed with the quality of service that John provided that I ended up insuring 2 cars. Happy with John and Santam!

Very impressed with the quality of food I always receive when I buy my monthly groceries from Woolworths food. Always fresh and within the expiry date and lasts fresh for so much longer than other competitors. Woolworths food is a #WIN for me and I efficient service and healthier options.
This is by far the worst courier company to work with. Just do yourself a favour if you don't want the headache of receiving damaged goods. Rather look for a reputable courier service with good reviews. It is quite evident why they have such terrible reviews, Courier guy is very unreliable and you'll be wasting your money using their services. This company is a fail and not a #WIN in my books.
Bought a Milex ***L Airfryer from Homemark and I've been asking myself how I lived without one! It's incredible and great quality, I am definitely happy with my purchase and will definitely be buying from them again. This is a must have in every household, a definite #WIN to every cook in the kitchen :)
I'm completely appalled by the product I received from this company. Initially, I was so excited to order from them as I had some amazing pictures of their furniture on their website and Instagram and thought what a #WIN and the Raulf that I was emailing for inquiries was always so friendly and understanding which made me feel confident to take the risk of ordering their furniture without seeing it in person first. I'm from Gauteng and ordered from Cape Town which meant the delivery from the courier company would obviously be quite pricey. I took the risk and have to say I am so disappointed. The piece was nothing like what they advertise and a sore eye! It looked horrible, to say the least, and totally nothing close to what they advertise. After calling to report how unhappy I am and uploading images comparing what they advertise and what they gave me, their response was that they won't always be the same, but you could clearly see that this was nothing similar to what they had advertised and out of anger the manager just hung up after saying she will refund me. So even if I receive the refund, I paid so much for a courier that I won't get back, so I definitely won't be ordering from here ever again or even bother recommending this to anyone, what a waste of my money and even if you try to contact them on their WhatsApp line they just bluetick your messages, very unprofessional. Why add a WhatsApp link on the website if you'll ignore customers? Won't recommend this place to anyone for their peace and sanity.
I recently bought an oral b electrical toothbrush and within a few months the battery is faulty. At times it won’t charge at all or I’ll have to charge aster every wash. It’s still within warranty and called only to be told so many stories. I’m definitely not buying another oral b product again!
