Your guys are only good when they want a deal, the after service is so f'n pathetic, my family has been with BMW for the last 40 years and the fact I have to beg for an update, my tyre blew on the 4th of December 2025 and to date I don't have any update on a replacement, because it is for an EV I cannot source these tyres besides through BMW, I was told it would be here in 2 weeks and 2 months later nothing, they guy who sold me the car doesn't come back to, also my locknut was not present, I am not sure if it was missing from the start or they took it after the service but I brought it to their attention, also something that is being ignored. Maybe BMW isn't for me anymore, never had such poor service.

I write this review as a very disappointed and upset client. Concerns raised yesterday at when vehicle was booked in for service . Oil Change- Vehicle was taking into the dealership at 7:30 only received at 16:30, No confirmation for time of pick up was giving even after numerous attempts to contact dealership.(I don't believe that a oil change will take 8 hours) Transport to the dealer- I was called at 15:00 and informed that the driver will pick me up at 16:00, I waited till 16:25 on the curb side and then received a call from driver indication that he has left the dealer. I was forced to use a uber at my own cost. Service advisor - Rowan contacted me at 8:30 in the morning indicating that the motor plan will end in June 2026 am i interested in renewing, My response was yes please email me quote. (Noting received till date). Vehicle cleaned -When I picked up the vehicle it was not cleaned inside or was it vacuumed.( You had seen this personally) Time of service- I was promised the vehicle at 15:30, yet at 15:25 I was sent a picture which shows that car was outside with no service done. Theft - I had left by hugo boss sunglasses in the car , when I jumped in I found out that it was ******. I do understand that i signed a clause with regards to theft but my vehicle was not parked at a car wash. BMW SUPER TECH PMB is a premium dealership with customers purchasing vehicles in the amounts of millions , please could you trace and look at the camera's to see who worked with the car. My wife and my self were on the verge of buying a new vehicle from SUPER TECH PMB but if this is how clients are treated we would rather support some other BMW Dealership. "Extremely disappointed"

This is my complaint email i sent to BMW customer service. Good day Firstly I must say how disappointed I am with the service I am receiving from BMW pietermaritzburg. First my car went in for a service at the beginning of May. I was told that my brak Firstly I must say how disappointed I am with the service I am receiving from BMW pietermaritzburg. First my car went in for a service at the beginning of May. I was told that my brakes and disc's needed to be changed. I told then it's fine they can go ahead with the repair. My car was the for a week just to change the brake pads and disc. When I collected my car in the 10th of May and as I was driving home a light came on. I contacted BMW and they told me to bring in the Car in that Sat. It took the guys there almost a week to diagnoise the problem. No one form BMW had the decency to phone me and tell me what was wrong with the car. When i did get ahold of someone they told me the I need to change the VVT motor. They quoted me 31 thousand to change the VVT Motor and the heat exchange. My car was at BMW for 2 weeks with no one telling me a thing. I collected my car from them last Monday and told them to send me an email how much will it cost for me to juts chnage the VVT Motor and till today not one person has phoned me or emailed me reagrdung this quote. When i collected my car my driver's side door had a scratch as I was doing an inspection with 1 of the guys. He told me thar they don't have lights and he will phone me to advise me they way for. Today I 1 and a half weeks later and still not one person has contacted me regarding this scratch. I am totally discussed with the service. I told phoned them yesterday and they advised me that they will get back to me by end of business yesterday and till now nothing. This is utterly unacceptable especially for such a big company like yours. I have noticed with BMW Pietermaritzburg that is you don't drive the latest fancy BMW they don't care about you. They are not helpful at also. Please can you look into the scratch on my Car advise me accordingly. I told the guy yesterday that I am going to take the car to my own panel beater and send through the invoice to BMW because I seriously done trust BMW with my car to send it to their own Panel shop. es and disc's needed to be changed. I am BEYOND DISGUSTED with the Complete and utter INCOMPETENCE of this dealership. My vehicle was taken in on 11 April and diagnostics checked to see problem. New ECU and wiring harness needed. We were **** to about this part being ordered on the 11th and then the 19th only to hear the part was only ordered on the 29th!!! No updates or communication were given, and when asked when the vehicle will be given back, excuse after excuse was made. The vehicle is on motor plan, therefore we should receive a courtesy car in place. This wasn’t the case, excuse after excuse once again. It is the 6th week not having my car, and they have not even touched the vehicle or started working on it. The dealership cannot even grant an accurate date of the parts’ arrival. Completely and utterly disgusted at a so called “luxury car-brands” treatment

I have had my car since the 7th and Insurance is requesting pictures to process the claim and they just not willing to assist. So I have to wait until they eventually decide to assist to get the process going. It took them 2 days to tow and fix a Tyre and now this. The service is terrible and there's no assistance in anything without having to raise my voice.

I have had my car since the 7th and Insurance is requesting pictures to process the claim and they just not willing to assist. So I have to wait until they eventually decide to assist to get the process going. It took them 2 days to tow and fix a Tyre and now this. The service is terrible and there's no assistance in anything without having to raise my voice.

Utterly disappointed with this branch's service. I actually have NO WORDS. Tell me why I have to beg them repeatedly for updates on the progress of the repairs on my car?!? In a space of 2 months I've only ever received proper communication from them twice???!
