Your guys are only good when they want a deal, the after service is so f'n pathetic, my family has been with BMW for the last 40 years and the fact I have to beg for an update, my tyre blew on the 4th of December 2025 and to date I don't have any update on a replacement, because it is for an EV I cannot source these tyres besides through BMW, I was told it would be here in 2 weeks and 2 months later nothing, they guy who sold me the car doesn't come back to, also my locknut was not present, I am not sure if it was missing from the start or they took it after the service but I brought it to their attention, also something that is being ignored. Maybe BMW isn't for me anymore, never had such poor service.
My 3 year package was up in September, I put my notice to cancel since July, via email and telephonically. To date they are still charging me and have been ignoring my mail about cancelation and refunding the months they debited. Do not take a contract with these guys, also if your tracker is draining your battery, and you're still under contract, they will charge you for coming out, and if they deem it's not their fault, they will charge you double. Also, when they did try signing me up, their salesman harassed me nonstop but after the deal was done, no after service.
Disappointed, I had an issue with their blender and returned it the day after I bought it, instead of a swap, they said they will issue a refund and I must pay again, this was on the 3rd of July and today no refund, they stole R1299.00 and refuse to respond to me and acknowledge my emails now. I'm going to pursue the legal route due to this. Not everyone can waste an additional R1299.00
*********** staff, they constantly harass me, calling the wrong number, and no matter how many times I tell them it’s the wrong number, they have an attitude saying it is the right number. You would think I would know my own name. Pathetic service, I feel like closing my own account due to the harassment.
Pathetic service and turn around time. On the 08th of April 2025, my account was hacked and monies taken out, I still don't get how they managed this as if I do any online transactions, even something as stupid as a R10.00 charge, I have to approve but these guys went to town with my account, and out of the 5 transactions, I only received one sms 20 minutes after everything was ******. I've been messaging the ***** department and they honestly don't care, they said initially 4-6 weeks then after 4 weeks, 4-9 weeks, we are now on week 11 and they still don't care. They allowed the ***** to happen, how do they bypass 2fa if not allowed by someone on the inside, also mainly used this card outside the Nedbank atm at Hayfields. Now and then every so often I get a sms that my card is being used should, and if they report it as *****, where were these messages when they were trying big amounts at first, they tried several amounts until they finally got to ***** from me, honestly once this case is done I'm changing banks, we've been with them for years and this is how they show we matter, take note this is a business account as well, theirs no priority to protect businesses, this is pathetic, imagine individuals, why would they protect smaller accounts?
Worse people to deal with, their lawyers bully you, even though you state you are a small company, they do not care, they want my only driver for 2 days and a representative for the company for an incident 6 years ago. might as well just close my doors due to their disregards
Honestly the worse Rental Finance to deal with. Capitec Rental Finance has ********ly debited my account on 4 seperate occasions this month, and after pleading to stop my debit order after the 2nd time they have ignored my emails since and deducted a further 2 times. Definitely not someone you want to have access to your account.
Pathethic service, I was moving houses and had a query, they didn't answer so i took a contract with Vodacom and asked to cancel, they take 5-12 hours to reply at a time, on the 5th try trying to cancel, clearly they are doing this delibrately, if any monies come off my account i will sue you guys as i have an email as well stating i wanted to cancel my account.
They have things in stock in their website but after you place the order, there's no stock, when asked for a refund as I wanted to gift someone for Christmas, I was told they will give me an incredit, for a place I don't ever shop with, pathetic service to be honest, they lie about their turnaround time before you by and after you by but an hour or 2 later you get the email that says sorry no stock and I need to wait 7 to 15 working days. Money greedy ****mers
I don’t even know where to begin, my entire dealings with Cosmic Comics has been terrible. From cancelling my order then trying to make me reorder at a higher price to not refunding me the money after they cancelled my order and after I said I would hand this over, only did they release my monies back after 3 months of back and forth. Recently left a review on Google about them, but I see they removed their Google reviews, I was told I should send a message on Facebook, but I was blocked, I have been sending messages via Instagram and it's been taxing, chasing after something that you fully paid for and not having any idea, have the decency to at least reply, if a customer is concerned about an item that you promised a month ago then you have no idea but "would follow up" and not come back about what is going on, it's disappointing. I am going to speak to my lawyer, I do not care anymore, you can keep the items that you have no clue about and give me back my money. I am tired of being ignored, it would be a different story if the items were not paid for. Do not waste your money on preorders, they also made me pay for an order early saying it was coming in December 2022 - this only came September 2023, bad business practice.
