****** at Meat world Gateway, Centurion

We were severely ********** by meat world today. For almost 5 years my stokvel and I have been buying meat at meat world and the service has been great. We went to meat world to buy meat today to the amount of R30000(we bought 3 hind quaters amounting to R21000 and R9000 for 3 whole lambs) We were totally shocked when we went to collect the meat later on that day as the meat we got was not worth the money we paid, it was actually appalling, The meat we received was not all the meat we paid for and we believe out meat was stashed in the meat cutting unit, as we are not allowed to go in there.The service we got from a guy named Luis was extremely bad. The guy was very arrogant, pompous, and was not willing to help us, we had to explain to him that we have been coming there for years. The stokvel ladies are unhappy and want to lay a formal complaint that we got **********. We believe we were not given all our meat. We would like assistance on this matter, we worked extremely hard to save the money for the whole year only to get ********** by a store we have trusted for years. What happened today was disheartening especially with the current financial situation in south Africa and to be ****** by a store we have trusted for so many years. Something fishy is happening in meat world Gateway in Centurion.
