Poor customer service

<p>I have purchased a garage door from MEBALA ALUMINIUM GLASS & DOORS, who is based in Albertina Sisulu Rd, Johannesburg. </p> <p>I have noticed that the door is bulging, I have been strugging to get Mebala guys out since November 2015 to come and have a look at the door. They evantually came out in February 2016 after multiple phone calls I had to made, the owner Anthony keep on promising and give dates on when they will come out.</p> <p> </p> <p>They took pictures of the door and reported it back to Anthony, however since than I have been battling to get them to replace the garage door. Anthony keeps on promising that they will come out and replace the door.</p> <p>The backup battery fitted was incorrect, when there is a power failure the battery does not have enough power open or close the door. When opening the door manually it falls back to almost half close.</p> <p>I eventually had to drive to their shop (03 May 2016) and found the owner (Anthony) there, he then asked one of his guys to go with me to check it out. The worker conifrmed that the incorrect battery was installed, he also had to ajust the door a little bit, but couldn't fully adjust do to lack of tools on site.</p> <p> </p> <p>Since the 03 May, I have been calling for them to come out, the owner keeps on promising, answer my calls and give a date/day they will come but they don't pitch. Which is very irritating and inconvenience people, because one has to make arrangements and everytime they don't  come out.</p> <p>When one calls the office to find out if they are coming out, the lady is not aware of any dispatch assigned for me and that I have to speak with the owner.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have called the owner today (19 May) again and he said he will call me back in 5 mintues, because he will arrange with the workshop to go out....it is more than 3 hours no feedback and he is not answering his phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have bever dealt with such unprofessionalism in my life, where a service was rended but the after service (within warranty) is so poor.</p> <p> </p> <p>Where is the customer service, I would not recommend their service based on my experienced.</p> <p> </p>
