Drivers Problem. Not user friendly

I was gifted with a Mecer A105C 2in1 tablet to use for my studies. I had to do a fresh install and Mecer has drivers online, but the drivers need one to use the comand prompt and how complicated it is for me as a general user is just dissapointing.

I reached out and they said they cant revisit the site to update and upload something user friendly we have to ise those.

Now I am stuck with a PC with no sound, touch, wifi and many other drivers.

They say I have to go to Cape Town to their office which is far.

I will have to applaud Meccer.

They emailed, caled and tried all their best with assisting.

The machine i have is actually an old model and they are working to get to help me.
