STOP HARRASSING US AND LET US KNOW HOW WE CAN FIX THE BILLING
This company has been emailing my parents that are pensioners regarding their City of Joburg water bill account: ***. Out meter reading has been incorrect since day 1 now we are being emailed and threatened by them. I have emailed them back for options available for pensioners repayment they still email and say due to none response from us they proceeding with legal actions against my parents. CAN THEY STOP HARRASING MY PARENTS AND REPLY TO OUR EMAILS.
