This company has been emailing my parents that are pensioners regarding their City of Joburg water bill account: 900154116. Out meter reading has been incorrect since day 1 now we are being emailed and threatened by them. I have emailed them back for options available for pensioners repayment they still email and say due to none response from us they proceeding with legal actions against my parents. CAN THEY STOP HARRASING MY PARENTS AND REPLY TO OUR EMAILS.
Am really disappointed with your drivers, she just dumps my parcel at the main gate with team of securities and not even bother calling me. How pathetic!!!!
In May, 15th I phoned the dstv support requesting for a down grade and I was told that I have been paying in advance and my next payment will be in October, TODAY for some mess-up reason am getting sms's reminding me to pay. When I phoned the support line am told my package was never downgraded and the information I got from the consultant was not true. I mean what on earth is this!!!!! CAN DSTV, PLEASE GO BACK TO THE RECORDING OF REFERENCE: I135 CAN COME BACK AND TELL ME WHY WAS I MISINFORMED BY YOUR CONSULTANTS!!!!
Am really frustrated with Pick n Pay Mall of Africa ASAP delivery service, yesterday I placed an order at 13:26 and it kept on saying order delayed..order delayed until 18:30 pm... after few minutes am getting another message saying order is cancelled!!! I mean really, and this is not the first time am getting such a service this is processional and pathetic. Since yesterday am still waiting for my refund which I don't remember asking for. WHAT IS GOING ON HERE!!!!
False information on the Website. One of the requirements to have one removed from debt review or be issued with Clearance Certificate is: "You are able to carry on with the original agreements you have with your creditors." but that is not happening in my case what can't We be removed if that is the case.

We started debt review process with this company in 2016 till this day we are still under debt review process and they now not helping us with nothing. You got us into debt review now you can't assist us out!!!

Am ao so furious right now...i made a purchase online on KFC site and confirmed payment and my monet went off. Few minutes later i get a message to say no drivers available and my money is not credit back why is that?? When i phone the KFC that was suppose to deliver am told to call uber eats..what does uber eats have to do with my online order?? And they gave me customer care number to call and when i phoned am told to email my bank statements i mean what the hek!!! Can i please have my refund!!!!
