Negligence

I consulted 2 days ago that I have pains and they gave me painblock which didn't help and I consulted again with Mariam so unprofessional and I requested to see a Dr and she had a nerve to tell me that I should finish painblock while I'm not getting any better. Poor service and ********* behaviour from a nurse.
