Horrible and terrible service

You people are useless

My wife needed urgent attention she was very sick on Saturday morning, I called many times even after hours number, was no response, i tried your app was not working. I needed a authorisation to go to the doctor urgently.

Because of your poor service, she had a miscarriage its so sad 😢 And I asked my self what's a use of having your cover when we can't getting medical help when we need the most.

This is my second complaints in 3 months, even the 1st one was not resolved.
