At 1:32 am while I was sleeping there was a purchase of R7442 on my Capitec Credit Card in Kempton Park, how is that possible I had R4000 available balance on my credit, if it was me the transaction was going to reject and say insufficient funds, but on this *****ulent transaction Capitec allowed it why ?? You people are useless My wife needed urgent attention she was very sick on Saturday morning, I called many times even after hours number, was no response, i tried your app was not working. I needed a authorisation to go to the doctor urgently. Because of your poor service, she had a miscarriage its so sad 😢 And I asked my self what's a use of having your cover when we can't getting medical help when we need the most. This morning, I was buying food at your bp pick n pay randhart garage around 09h25, I was paying and ask the water price because at the shelve there wasn't a price, the lady by the name of Penelope Ntuli started on being rude and annoyed by my question asking for a price, i asked her why you are being rude and she started swearing at me, and calling me names and shouting and all customers in the shop could here that. I normally buy my food there almost every day, and I experience this barbaric behavior almost all the time, customer service at your shop is nonsensical, it seems like no shop manager on that garage One day around 2023 I reported at the manager on duty nothing happened. I will make sure I get the number for the owner of that service station, and make sure that lady is no longer working there, we can't have bullying serving customers. I work for one of the biggest petroleum company, we make sure that customers are served with respect .

The whole 2 months hertz is ignoring me about my refund 😒 this is so unprofessional and arrogance It's becoming a norm now that all my hertz rentals i don't get my deposit back The R9000 deposit for the 31 August 2024 havent be refunded to Woolworths credit card
