Unable to assist

We arrived 15:40 at the clinic (closing time 16:00). We wanted a tet**** injection for my child and the receptionist was unable to assist as the doctor was already gone... So we actually just needed a nurse for the injection, but it seems going home was priority and not even willing to listen what we needed.
