Poor service from MEDICARE BRYANPARK

I’m really hurt by the treatment I got from Jane in Medicare Bryanpark. Firstly in a queue like everyone else (and I’m next in line), when she ask for the next person a woman behind me jumps before me and runs to her. Instead of apologising they have some conversation.

Finally she takes me, this is AFTER the woman skipped me. Again JANE DOES NOT APOLOGISE, instead she was condescending about my situation, especially when I told her what my situation is and what I already have at home.

She was EXTREMELY RUDE. I could not even say much because I’m ill.

I would like JANE FROM MEDICARE PHARMACY TO APOLOGISE FOR HER TREATMENT TOWARDS ME.

We should be treated fairly and nobody should be treated better than the other.

I am HURT.

Bryanpark Pharmacy as a whole,EXCEPT FOR JANE, treats me well.. but she’s just rid and it is not the first time I get such vibes from her.
