Horrible service from Virgin Active!! I need someone who ACTUALLY CARES to resolve my query!! The consultant gives me incorrect information, instead of acknowledging that I’m being given a run around. I’m being told if processes whereas I never got the service I have been paying for for over a year!! Can someone who actually cares resolve this query!!!
I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received from Mr. Thami Cele in the University of Johannesburg's enrolment department. His patience, attentiveness, and willingness to assist were truly outstanding. A standout experience compared to my previous interactions, it was a pleasure to engage with someone who genuinely cares about providing support - 10/10 to Mr. Thami Cele.
Bought a new SIM, unable to get SMSs from a different network. Message I got from MTN was to buy airtime first, did that with no joy. Called numerously with No joy. I don’t want to get into details of the frustration I went and still going through. Your technical team is not helping, one of your agents hung up on me, this is after she said she tried to speak to someone from technical and they can’t help me at the moment. Another agent put me through to her supervisor however the number went on voicemail. I am beyond angry and frustrated. Agents I spoke to for the last 4 days: Maureen Sphamandla Kamogelo Eulanda Gugu Anelisa (Hung up on me). Lethabo. Reference number 24hrs
Lancet laboratories has made my life hell! They are *********** and now want to ruin my credit profile. Honestly I am extremely disappointed with you LancetLaboratories First you mess up my account,then you tell me anbout some backlog with your credit department, after going back and forth with you, You the HAND ME OVER ?? Are you trying to destroy my life ? Somebody please care to explain why YOU HANDED ME OVER To ITC BUSINESS ADMINISTRATORS DEBT COLLECTORS After YOUR INCOMPETENCE. Fix it and send me an apology letter. Clear my name and send me proof. I am livid!! I have been patient with you for the longest of time!! I am pregnant don’t need any stress especially from you and your incompetence!!!!
Thumbs up to a consultant by the name of Hope Lecholo from Standard Bank, Sandton City branch for assisting me with my query. She was patient, attention to detail and really outdid herself. Thank you so much Hope, it is consultants like her that make our lives easier. Her service is highly appreciated.
Nothing I HATE MORE THAN phoning the REGENT CONTACT CENTER, I’m holding for almost an hour, 4 people already transferred me from pillar to post. This one tells me Michelle needs to help me, this is after I’ve already been transferred FOUR TIMES!! I told that consultant but she kept telling me about Michelle. Regent College Do better!! Now I’m back on the queue being caller number 7 like I have no work to do. Now I must wait another 40 minutes just to get transferred!! I AM ANGRY!!

Called on behalf of my mother in law who’s over 70. Jade assisted me very well, he even called her and transferred her to the relevant department. However she had to stay on hold until the call dropped leaving her stressed once again. Her issue is she’s completely paid up her account, got confirmation from you guys that it’s paid up however you still call her and threaten to blacklist her. The poor woman is old, and no longer able to do as much, she’s been up and down going to your stores to fix this with no success. I ended up calling but obviously 3rd party cannot be assisted. Someone please resolve this, the last thing anyone needs is inconvenience, worse if your in your 70s. She’s paid up her account now please do your part.
I’m here again, wow! I can’t even describe my frustration. You guys behaved as if I had issues with the courier company. FNB is my issue, you mess up my account. I need someone to call me and resolve the double debits and why the same amounts are still pending and explain the ITC enquiry issue!!! Resolve YOUR error FNB and stop acting as if I was blaming the courier company. Please don’t transfer me from A to be then Z. It’s almost a week now, same issues!!!
I’m extremely disappointed with FNB. First I wanted to switch my salary back to FNB which was an extreme nightmare, live chats horrible. To my shock, an enquiry was made against my name on ITC, I phoned you guys to rectify, first consultant dropped the call while transferring, had to call back, fortunately I had requested the number before she could transfer. I called that number, the agent “could not hear me” and put me back to the queue. After holding I finally find someone else who also transferred me to a department that works with FNB. That person could not find my details, had to phone your call centre again expressing my feelings, NO HELP!!! All I got was an email address, nobody willing to go through an extra mile even after my efforts of making sure that I reach out to you. Now FIRST NATIONAL BANK, kindly remove the enquiry on ITC and switch my salary back to you guys. Hopefully this time I get the actual care and help.
