Poor Service Morningside Medi-Clinic (Dr Glen Tshukuma)

Terrible hospital service from Dr Glen Tshukuma. He has no time for his patients. Only interested in making money from the medical aid. Had to be in the ward for 28 hours before a doctor (Dr G Tshukuma) came to see me. The longer the doctor keeps you in hospital the more money the doctor and hospital makes…

Furthermore the doctor never submitted my meds with the proper documentation to the medical aid for my chronic to be approved. I followed up telephonically and in person with the doctors rooms over 5 times in total. No joy…. The doctor never returns calls because he has already got his money from the medical aid.

Discovery should seriously reconsider keeping Morningside Medi-Clinic as their approved network hospital
