Call centre is not the best and their wait time is ridiculous. Seem to be short staffed so hurry up and wait. Been with them for 11 years but it's time to venture further afield now. Have had to call for the same problem now over and over - just doesn't get sorted. Reply every time - you need to upgrade, the computers are too old. When we did upgrade, then did we have problems that are almost a year in the making and still not sorted.

Very, very poor after sales service. Being forced to run 2 software management programs at once= double the work. In the exact words of the technician “The A codes will have to be loaded by the Tariff team. I cannot load that for you right now.the tariff team will only be avaliable after the 29th as they will be updating the 2022 rates. Sorry. I haven't called yet Still busy with a few other clients”

Worst medical billing software in South Africa! It is not a practice management application as advertised but it cannot even make billing easier. Using elixir has resulted in us losing claims, information and overall causing undue stress and sleepless nights. Support is available but unskilled, uninterested and will just not contact you back. Please do yourself a favor and look at any other option.

This is a medical billing system and they have delivered such pathetic service. The incompatence level is just rising in there business and the management feels nothing. They think that they are running the market but more similar technology is there and they are going to throw themselves under the bus. We are defenately going to look somewhere else. SAY AWAY
