Excessive billing notifications, poor customer service.
DRS CL & ME LANDMAN INC keep on trying to bill me. I responded by email multiple times and got no calls at all - only more notification that I must pay. The doctor forgot to add me to my medical aid, so I paid for expensive medicine. I left a message to please add me to my medical aid. And he does, but he bills me for it!

I highly recommend Dr S Cossa from Medi park
I would like to thank Dr S. Cossa and team for conducting my operation successfully. I was going through hell the past few months. Medi park in centurion especially Dr S Cossa really helped me. Medipark rooihuiskraal is a **** I was told that my medical aid would cover the extra costs for consulting over the weekend only to find that I have to pay out-of-pocket when I received a call from reception she explained that no medical aid covers the extra costs how I known that the extra cost of out-of-pocket I would have gone to another doctor I feel like I was manipulated into thinking that everything was covered by my medical aid only to find I’m gonna get a big slap of a bill in my face this is so disappointing and I won’t be attending this medical Centre ever again..

A very bad service
I just want to voice my dissatisfaction about Rooihuiskraal Medipark Medical Centre in Centurion. The treatment I have received is very terrible, I was treated with utmost disrespect by being given medication that got me worse, and when I requested a call as I was getting worse, they only called me 4 days later. When I went for the second follow up, the Doctor did not even book me sick leave even though He could see that I'm not well. I had to request later when I'm home seeing that there's no way I will go to work given my condition. The other day when I went there, the Dr was rushing me showing disgust towards me because I was asking questions. He didn't even take my vital signs. I had to ask. To them all they care about is 15 mins of consulting and making money at the expense of our health. I am very disappointed at them.

Dr Amy Klopke is the best Dr I have met in my life so far
Dr Amy Klopke at medipark rooihuiskraal is a Dr who has a passion for treating her patients. She does a thorough check up and even called me at 21h30 the same evening to give me feedback regarding my blood results.

Dr Amy Klopke is the best Dr I have met in my life so far

I recently went there with my two daughters who where having trouble keeping down there food and had an obvious tummy bug. the help i received was professional fast and extremely helpful. i just wanted to say thank you it was cold out so they let me wait in my car until they could help m, the fetched me from my car and assessed the girls, making it fun for hem which was helpful. always a pleasant experience going there.
