DRS CL & ME LANDMAN INC keep on trying to bill me. I responded by email multiple times and got no calls at all - only more notification that I must pay. The doctor forgot to add me to my medical aid, so I paid for expensive medicine. I left a message to please add me to my medical aid. And he does, but he bills me for it!
I have had such nightmarishly bad service, while struggling to recover from flu. The stress unbelievable. I was trying to get my easy card activated to be used in Zambia. The first two times the guys lost me when they tried to transfer me. Then I called on the number they gave me, and told me I had the wrong department, and gave me the number I had just called on. Then I got a lady who promised that my call would not get dropped, and the people would help me. I eventually dropped the call after waiting and waiting. and waiting some more. I looked at my logs - the call was 28 minutes. I would understand if everyone has taken the afternoon off for a holiday lunch, but please tell us to call back instead of wasting out time.
I am so sick of MTN. I know i am going to have the same problem next month. I have received no statements at all. What else are you lieing about. I am tired of begging. I don't want to call you again and again. You tried to steal from me by signing me up for extra services that i did not want. Now I am getting screwed again and again and again. I don't want this lousy service. You don't even bother to let me know when you discontinue my service because you just don't care. You think it will be funny if i have a medical emergency and am trying to call someone - but don't have service. You will probably be sitting back laughing and laughing, thinking of all the little people you are screwing. You are a sick sick company!
Dear Sir<br> <br> I took out an account with MTN last year, and put a limit on it.<br> Last year December (I think) they decided i needed more sms's although I don't use them, and billed me extra for them.<br> Because the extra takes it over the limit, my account gets blocked. <br> I have called the call centre numerous times to get my account unblocked. The operators unblock me always say that they will speak to the manager about sorting out the billing. <br> I have been put under serious inconvenience by having my calls blocked and am very unimpressed with the service.<br> I have also not received any account statement, although i have asked, except one that was SMSed to me. I received a watch that was faulty - i could not get it to work for more than 5 minutes.<br> I called the Pretoria branch. Was told to call Cape Town Branch. Cape Town Branch said, no, Pretoria branch have stock and I must contact them. Called Pretoria Branch again and was told to use the WhatsUp or email. <br> <br> Tried both. After 4 days with no response on WhatsUp i sent a nasty message, something like \is anyone there". They responded. Their answer was - use the email address. They wont respond on WhatsUp"
I cancelled my cell c contract and paid the full outstanding amount. The number was then converted to a pay as you go account. <br> <br> On the 1st of October I paid the remaining R1230 and closed my contract.<br> Now on the 26th of November, they have started the debit order again.<br> <br> Frustration at the call center. Because my number is now a pay as you go number, they send me to the pay as you go people who cannot help me and i get transferred again. Call center consultant says manager is busy and will call me back. That doesn't happen!<br> <br>
