Unprofessional behaviour

Very rude Assistant Pharmacist his name is Mandla Mathonsi at Medirite in Sandton city.

He doesn’t ask the relevant questions he assumed im paying cash then gets annoyed when i tell him its medical aid.

He asks for my ID number n not specify he needs for the main member, then obviously it wont go through as im buying medication for my son who is under my Husbands medical aid, then he goes n mocks me that why would i want your ID number when you not even on the medical aid. Iv never felt so stupid in my life then he still goes in and argue that im not on the medical aid i shouldnt give him my ID, i gave him my ID assuming that he needs to put it down as a person who bought the meds. He went on making noise right there then dismissed me.
