Disgusting service

<p>Okay ! So the other day I called mediterranean @ I'langa mall to place an order. It was Thursday 2017-02-17. I asked the guy; " before I placed the order, I would like to know if it is half price even if I do order over the phone for pick up?" , they guy sounded unsure and asked around ...  he replied to me , "yes sir its half price" so I placed the order for 17:30. So I asked my GF to go and pick it up, and I gave her R300. At the time of pick up I get a call saying , hey its not enough the bill is R420. I said to her its impossible . Bottem line is I drove there and founded out that its not half price if you dont sit down , so I spoke to the manager and told him , i got messed around now , the guy told me on the phone ( i gave his name ) that its half price even if i order over the phone , so now im upset ? Making me drive all the way to go pay extra for a mistake they made !!!! He never said sorry, all he said is they wont make that mistake ... he was so arrogant to think that im the wrong one , so i have a look at my order and they could not even successfully prepare my order correctly as I asked for ... they added stuff which I repeatedly asked for to be excluded, so they stuff up my order and now the manager want to tell me that the guy wont make a mistake by saying its half price. The fact that he cant even lay up an order correctly tells me that he can make that mistake by telling me wrong information over the phone. So anyways the manager took no action or even tried to compensate me in anyway. He just let me pay and didn't say much. The service I got was absolute terrible !!! I would not mind paying the full amount , but dont tell me its half price and expect me to pay the full price when i get the bill! The worat part is , if me and my gf decided to sit down and eat it wouldve been half price , but we wanted to eat at home. If i was the manager i would compensate for our mistake and give the guy half price , "on a half price day" wow ... or say .. we stuffed up , its on the house or what ever . Meditereanean i'langa is and over priced disgrace for the service received!  </p>
