Medscheme extremely Poor administration service

Extremely poor service,they process my claims because their the main administrator for most medical aids and I have sent them my banking details since 2025, even today no one has processed those details. I can not get money from the medical aids under them despite me sending my banking details to those medical aids directly, I am told medscheme has to formally upload them on their system.

Whenever I log into medscheme, I see my banking details forever pending.
