Medscheme extremely Poor administration service
Extremely poor service,they process my claims because their the main administrator for most medical aids and I have sent them my banking details since 2025, even today no one has processed those details. I can not get money from the medical aids under them despite me sending my banking details to those medical aids directly, I am told medscheme has to formally upload them on their system. Whenever I log into medscheme, I see my banking details forever pending.0 replies

Stethoscope poor delivery service
i bought one of the most expensive stethoscope on Monday and it was the only one left. By right i was to receive it the same day or in 3 days. However the driver came after i made effort and they didn't get me on Thursday because i am a Dr and i was busy at that time. Now i am told i will get it on Monday.0 replies

Fenural cover
2017 I opened the family fenural policy cover and the minimum amount was 5000 to be paid out if someone died. I was paid 4200 when my grandfather died but the amount was suppose to be 6008 by this year as recorded on old mutual system.1 reply

I have an investment with the above company, I asked to withdraw some funds from the investment since i had an emergency 4 days ago, the money is still pending, no updates. I am not even sure if I will receive the money.1 reply

Delayed paid up letter
Hi, I had an account with African bank Loan and it was later handed over to NIMBLE group. I settled the account mid 2020 and I have been requesting for paid up letter from them and to also send it to Transunion to update my Credit profile. It is still not done.3 replies
