Disgusted with Medway. They cannot even resolve an issue for over 6 months. They makes promises to get back to you, but despite hundreds of calls and emails, they ignore the client. Looks like they only want to profit from the clients premiums but ***** our money and refuse to payout our claim. Frustrated and disgusted with their useless, *********** agents, managers and consultants. They are **** because they don't respond to queries.
