Yet another victim of Elaine Gouws of MEGinteriors

I hired Elaine Gouws from MEG interiors to furnish my new house. Our first meeting at my house was on 12 August 2015. Elaine is an attractive women that created a good first impression. I liked her ideas. I was very impressed when I received 3 potential floor layouts via email on 21 August. We met again on 31 August resulting in me approving her choice of furniture and carperts. On 3 September I paid the 70% deposit, R93 000, required by MEG Interiors.<br> Magda Olivier from accounts confirmed receipt of the deposit and placement of orders on 3 Sept. Despite many promises on progres and delivery dates nothing has been delivered by 24 December 2015. I became aware of other complaints on hello peter and can confirm that my experience is the same. If you want to do bussiness with Elaine know the following:<br> She is MEG Interiors.<br> She lies about her business being located in Garsfontein. She runs the bussiness from home and you can only contact her via email or cellular phone. <br> Elaine Gouws and Magda is most probably the same person.<br> She won't provide you with any documents, names, contact details and addresses of suppliers and manufacturers where your orders have been placed.<br> <br>
