Poor service

Megabus from Embalenhle to Secunda cannot transport our kids yet we bought tickets, instead they told them to go back home because there are no buses. The same inspectors who suppose to organise a bus for the children told them there’s nothing they can do so they must go home. When I call the office then the reception lady just hang up 3 times. No wonder they act like this because they don’t have competition.
