VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OR ****MERS!

I ordered an adapter from them, paid the price and an additional R180 for shipping. When received, the part was faulty. They have a 7 day return policy and I contacted them the first day when tested, only to take 3 days to respond to my messages after I asked if they are going to respond or if I should take it further.

Their response was "Good day apologies for the late response the remote connector was working when we sent, it was tested."

I told them that it doesn't proof anything to me as the part definitely did not work when received. And that they have a 7 day return policy which I would like assistance with. I then received a very unprofessional response: "we do not guarantee power supplies" . This is not stated on their return policy as they guarantee a 7 day return on all products.
